As for the circuit, is Volture’s staple flavor of fuzz, with a silicon transistor and a hard-as-nails diode cranking the sound to oblivion. A nice, round, full-bodied fuzz, great for some stoner riffs, or some cut-through solos.  Will work well on bass as well!
